Installation & activation guide

1. Requirements

Compatible hypervisor, management connectivity to the devices you manage, and the required ports ([list to confirm]).

2. Download & import

  • Download the signed OVA from the Plextonia portal and verify its checksum.
  • In your hypervisor, deploy the OVF/OVA template and assign network, storage and resources.

3. Activate

  • Open the console at https://[VM-IP], set your admin password, configure network/DNS/NTP.
  • Under Administration → License, enter your authorization code and license key. The platform validates the term (1, 3 or 5 years) and its activation start and end date and activates your modules. You receive an email confirmation.

4. Add devices & verify

Add devices via SSH/SNMP/NETCONF/API, run the first configuration backup, and confirm the assurance map shows your topology. See the full administration guide provided with your license.
